1. Exterior painting of the Visco Building at Simonds Park, including walls, trim, doors and windows. Services should include: a. Remove and replace the T1-11 siding around (covering) the front vestibule b. Repair minor wall cracks, holes and imperfections c. Thorough cleaning and preparation of all surfaces d. One-coat application of high-quality primer e. Two-coat application of Sherwin-Williams’ A-100 Exterior Latex paint, color TBD f. Masking and protection of non-painted surfaces g. Removal of all paint debris and thorough clean-up 2. Perform final cleanup and complete all related punch list items. 1. Apply one coat of Perma-Chink Armor-Guard to all wood features, including but not limited to walkways and railings, posts and gazebo. 2.
