Under the resultant contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide the following services: Ongoing Enhancement of ServiceNow Environment Seeking a contracted ServiceNow expert who will review the completed assessment of EOTSS’ existing ServiceNow configurations and performance. They will provide ongoing consultation and recommendations for further improvements, ensuring alignment with best practices and out-of-the-box features and functionality. CMDB Cleanup and Governance Creating a formalized process in building out and maintaining the CMDB. Contracting with a qualified expert to establish, build out, and maintain a healthy Configuration Management Database (CMDB) based on the findings and recommendations of the previously provided assessment. This includes continuous optimization and alignment with industry best practices to ensure data accuracy and integrity as well as recommendations and consultation on roles needed to be successful. A qualified expert should also provide recommendations and consultation on data elements needed to be collected for a robust CMDB. Develop and implement a comprehensive process for CMDB management.
