Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Demolition of indicated wall areas at vestibule space, lobby space and all related materials, fittings, fixtures, finishes in the Main vestibule space and lobby space (both vestibule space and security space). Removal of existing security desk and millwork at lobby entry space. Prep area for installation of new storefront system and door. b. Construction of a new wall areas noted and preparation for new security transaction window system, door relocation to lobby space as indicated and all related materials, fittings, fixtures, finishes in the main vestibule space and lobby space. c. Contractor shall install new security transaction window system, millwork counter, and related fittings, fixtures in both vestibule space and security space as indicated on drawings provided with this summary of work. d. Contractor shall install new CCTV System, access control system, Intercoms and outlets as indicated on drawings provided with this summary of work. e. Construction of new security room and security systems upgrade. f. Installation and relocation of new and existing doors at new security room and parks office. g. Installation of new storefront system and door at existing security desk at lobby space.
