Specifications include, but are not limited to: . Duties: •Monitoring outside grounds of school buildings. •Monitoring of vehicular traffic on school grounds. •Monitoring students and visitors when entering school ground •Walking corridors inside school building •Signing-in visitors who enter school building. Miscellaneous: •Guard service must be maintained at all times. •At no time is the guard to be monitoring the area from inside a vehicle unless deemed otherwise by the Principal. •It is the responsibility of the vendor to cover all security personnel absences including illness and vacation. •It is the responsibility of the vendor to conduct a complete reference, employment and background check of each security guard to determine reputation and references. This must include CORI check. This information is to be furnished to the Human Resources Manager of the Worcester Public Schools prior to any guard arriving on school grounds.
