Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.Guard on duty shall make regular scheduled tours of the premises and grounds, opening/closing building, opening closing classrooms, make notification for open windows, shut off lights as required. B.Report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions as soon as possible to the designated College Official. C.Throughout shift document patrol inspection and submit a written report/activity log at the conclusion of each tour of duty. D.Perform all other specified duties in accordance with the instructions as agreed upon between the Chief of Police and vendor. Guard personnel shall also perform any additional duties, which the College and vendor agree upon in advance. E.Submit special incident reports as deemed necessary by the designated College Official. F.All guards are to familiarize themselves with post orders developed by the vendor and approved by Cape Cod Community College and Chief of Police. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that their personnel have read the post orders and fully understand their responsibilities. G.Guards shall secure the building at the end of a working day or immediately following an event, to include alarming areas, securing labs, offices and classrooms.
