1) Phase 1 – To be completed by September 1, 2025 a) Disassembly of the existing membrane covered structure at 250 Center Street. This disassembly should include: a. Efficient and thoughtful removal of the Timber endwalls that will allow for re-use/re-installation at the new site b. Efficient and thoughtful removal of the membrane structure covering, hardware, and appurtancese that will allow for re-use/re- installation at the new site c. Efficient and thoughtful disassembly of the steel structure members and hardware that will will allow for re-use/re-insatllation at the new site d. Appropriate labeling of all structural members & hardware that will allow for efficient re-use at the new site. This method shall be to the approval of the Town of Hanover b) Loading, Transportation, and Delivery of all structural members, hardware, and membrane coverings from 250 Center Street to 219 Ames Way. a. All Transported Materials shall be loaded and unloaded with care to allow for re-use at the new site. b. Transported Materials shall be unloaded and stored at the 219 Ames Way Site in a manner that is organized and meets the approval of the Town of Hanover. This storage shall be in a manner that allows for access to all members for future re-use/re-installation. 2) Phase 2 – To be completed by December 31, 2025 a) Re-erection/Re-assembly of the Structure at a new pad site at 219 Ames Way. The new site will be prepared by others to include a structurally sound 6-8’ tall block foundation for the installation of structural members. This reerection/re-assembly should include: a. Structural Member Installation • Installation and anchoring of the existing structural members in accordance with original Installation Specifications (Appendix B). • Installation shall include in-kind replacement of any hardware damaged and/or discovered to be worn during disassembly. b. Membrane Installation • The membrane shall be tensioned over the framework. The structure shall be rectangular in shape with vertical gable end walls. The interior of the structure below the main trusses shall be clear span free of any structural support members and shall provide unobstructed floor space. No exterior purlins, guy ropes or cables shall be used for anchoring the structure. • The membrane shall be installed in accordance with the provided original Installation Specifications (Appendix B). • Upon final installation, the membrane shall be tensioned to the approval of the Town of Hanover with load rated hardware which is plated/hot dip galvanized so as to prevent corrosion. Hardware shall allow full and free rotation at the foundation connection to avoid fatigue failure of threaded assemblies. c. Endwall Installation • One of the timber endwalls removed during disassembly shall be installed at the end of the structure as directed by the Town of Hanover during re-assembly/re-installation. This wall shall be anchored to the future block foundation in a manner approved by the Town of Hanover.
