STCC is seeking House Doctor engineering services to address deferred maintenance and capital repair needs for building systems and site work. The type of projects may include upgrades to campus steam and condensate systems, HVAC systems, brown water systems, campus water distribution upgrades, decarbonization, electrical system testing and repairs/upgrades, infrastructure upgrades, fire alarm and suppression systems, regulatory site work, accessibility improvements, and on‐call services for emergencies related to those systems. The “House Doctor” will be required to provide technical advice and creative problem solving on building code reviews, ADA compliance, MAAB compliance, Mass Historic submittals, certified study in required format, design documents, bidding documents, construction administration, asset identification for CAMIS, and project oversight and closeout.
