AREAS INCLUDED: All of the interior painted wall surfaces in all areas of the building. The lower section of walls and chair rail (currently blue color) are to be primed and painted a new color of the owner’s selection. Upper sections of wall above the chair rail (currently beige color) are to be patched and painted as needed, paint color to be matched to existing. MATERIALS FOR INTERIOR WALL SURFACES: Final color selection for existing blue painted areas to be chosen by owner. Final color selection for existing beige painted areas to be matched by contractor. Paint products to be used on this project shall be as follows: Sherwin Williams, PROMAR® 200, Zero VOC Interior Latex, Eg-Shel, B20-2600 Series (See complete Sherwin Williams data sheet attached)
