Specifications include, but are not limited to: The WHA requests competitive sealed proposals from qualified Contractors to provide Unarmed Foot Patrol Security Services to nine (9) WHA locations throughout the City of Worcester. The purpose of said security services will be for the benefit of the residents of the WHA. • At the request of the Vice President of Public Safety, Contractor will attend regular Community Resident Meetings in the developments they supply services for to address any security concerns. • Contractor will meet quarterly with WHA’s Vice President of Public Safety to address issues relative to guard performance and other matters. • Contractor will meet with other WHA staff at request of the WHA. • Contractor will utilize a call-in style system whereby the security personnel will call-in upon arriving for their shift and call out when the scheduled shift is over. • Contractor will utilize a system where security personnel can communicate with other guards and supervisors, as needed, throughout their shift. • Contractor will verify that all employees assigned to WHA sites possess functional working mobile cellular telephones during all shifts for emergencies. • Contractor will provide to employees a contact process to grant them the ability to reach at least 2 supervisors in case of emergency. • Any changes to the above listed provisions shall be at the approval of the WHA prior to implementation
