The scope of work for Base Bid includes construction of approximately: 30 vertical feet of cementitious lining of manholes; 8,775 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe; and other related tasks. The required contract completion period for Base Bid is 75 consecutive calendar days. The Contractor shall complete retest inspection with 15 consecutive calendar days of commencement of retest inspection. The scope of work for Alternate Bid No. 1 includes construction of approximately: 2,625 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe and other related tasks. The contract duration for Base Bid plus Alternate Bid No. 1 is 100 consecutive calendar days. The Contractor shall complete retest inspection with 25 consecutive calendar days of commencement of retest inspection. The scope of work for Alternate Bid No. 2 includes construction of approximately: 255 vertical feet of cementitious lining of manholes; build manhole bench and invert at one (1) manhole; furnish and install manhole frame and cover to grade at one (1) manhole; 13,260 linear feet of cured-in-place pipe; six (6) lateral liners; open cut point repair at three (3) locations; installation of sewer manhole at two (2) locations; and other related tasks. The contract duration for Base Bid plus Alternate Bid No. 2 is 150 consecutive calendar days. The Contractor shall complete retest inspection with 30 consecutive calendar days of commencement of retest inspection. The contract duration for Base Bid plus Alternate Bid No. 1 plus Alternate Bid No. 2 is 165 consecutive calendar days. The Contractor shall complete retest inspection with 40 consecutive calendar days of commencement of retest inspection.
