INTRODUCTION The CHA is inviting Request for Proposals for the lease of rooftop space for cellular antennas located on the rooftop of 260 Clark Ave, Chelsea MA 02150 for a 5-year term, with option for renewal for 4 additional 5-year terms, at the sole discretion of the CHA. The Purchasing Policy of the CHA and M.G.L. c.30B regarding competitive proposals shall govern the award of this contract. It is understood and agreed that during the term of this lease, the Lessee shall pay monthly rent to the WHA, with the rate(s) as agreed to by the CHA. Proposers are notified that there is: • A MINIMUM MONTHLY RENT of $5,500 dollars ($66,000 annually). The Lessee shall not transfer, assign, sublet, nor permit the occupancy by any other person of the whole or part of the leased premises. The Lessor shall make the Lessee aware of a new RFP, no less than six months prior to the end of the termination of the term. The Lessee agrees, that upon award of said lease to another vendor, the lessee shall agree to move out and have all of the lessee's possessions removed from the premises no later than the last day of the lease.
