Specifications include, but are not limited to: - The community planning consultant will develop a first draft of the Indicators that will be submitted for review and feedback. The CALC Directors/staff will review the first draft and submit written feedback to ACLS. This feedback will be shared with the community planning consultant. - The community planning consultant will review the feedback provided, incorporate revisions, and prepare a second draft of the Indicators. - The CALC Directors/staff will review the second draft of the Indicators and submit written feedback to ACLS which will be shared with the community planning consultant. - The community planning consultant will review the second round of feedback provided, incorporate revisions, and prepare a final draft of Indicators to be approved by ACLS. - After the final review of the Indicators, the CALC Directors/staff will recommend training topics to be conducted by the community planning consultant in FY 2014. These recommendations will help inform a statewide training plan to be developed by the community planning consultant. 3 - The CALC Directors/staff will review the proposed one year statewide training plan developed by the community planning consultant and provide feedback and make recommendations on community planning training topics to be conducted in FY 2014 for CALCs.
