The Contractor shall perform such professional services as will enable the Board of Assessors to determine the full and fair cash value of such property as of January 1, 2026, in accordance with Chapter 59 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. VALUATION UPDATING SERVICES 2.1 The valuation, and usage classification in accordance with Bureau of Local Assessment Property Type Classification Codes, of each parcel shall be determined as of January 1, 2026. The Contractor shall value all newly constructed improvements and those incomplete from a prior year as of June 30, 2026. 2.2 The Contractor shall establish improvements and growth in accordance with the most recent Certification Standards issued by the Department of Revenue, and those issued going forward throughout the contract.
