Specifications include, but are not limited to: The anticipated scope of business support services and Bidder-developed systems required by MassHealth includes, but is not limited to: Providing MassHealth Premium Billing (MHPB) operations, including overseeing billing and payments, making adjustments, and resolving Customer inquiries; Managing Provider enrollment, credentialing, re-credentialing, and maintenance of information for Providers participating in MassHealth; Delivering services related to Provider outreach, education and communication and relationship support and management; Conducting Provider trainings, developing communication material, and participating in internal and external stakeholder engagements; Supporting Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) testing, compliance, and transactions; Assisting with claims processing and resolution; Providing document management and mailing fulfillment, including imaging, storing, printing, and mailing; Overseeing Non-Emergency Transportation Authorization (NETA) requests, personal reimbursements, and Customer inquiries; Reestablish a Health Plan Comparison Tool, currently known as MassHealth Choices (http://www.masshealthchoices.com), to allow Members to compare Managed Care Health Plans and select a Primary Care Provider, using business and functional specifications from and as directed by EOHHS; Representing EOHHS at fair hearing appeals; Fostering excellence, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in all processes; Applying continuous quality improvement practices to and incorporating EOHHS feedback into services provided; Forging positive Provider relations with EOHHS by ensuring that the points of interaction and the supporting processes are streamlined, appropriate, and accurate; Resolving all relevant Customer inquiries;
