Specifications include, but are not limited to: Broadband Equity, Access and Deployment (BEAD) Five-Year Action Plan Consulting Services (RFP No. 2023-MBI-07) (the “RFP”) to solicit responses from qualified consultants (“Respondents”) with experience in broadband/digital equity planning, community/stakeholder engagement and outreach, workforce/economic development, project management, facilitation and broadband infrastructure deployment. I. Plan Development Planning consultants will document all planning activities as well as the results of the community engagement activities and integrate into a cohesive written Five Year Action Plan that complies with all of the requirements in the BEAD NOFO. The Five Year Action Plan will incorporate the specific elements described in Section 2.2.1 II through V. This will include not only developing the written content, but also integrating any relevant photographs, maps, charts, or other visual collateral into a well formatted plan that can be published in print and digital formats.
