Project: Replacement and Installation of an Overhead Door at Nantucket Memorial Airport Snow Removal Equipment Building. The selected contractor shall provide Nantucket Memorial Airport with professional services to ensure the successful implementation of all aspects of this scope. The scope of work includes the following elements: • Remove and properly dispose of the existing two overhead doors. • Install two new Series “591” 20’-2” x 16’-1” Overhead Door, Thermacore Commercial Sectional Doors. The doors shall be galvanized steel, insulated with polyurethane, and include one row of 25” x 12” oval glass lites. • Include heavy-duty torsion springs, new tracks, and hardware, all in white finish. • Provide and install Model “RSX” Commercial Drawbar Operators, each including one remote wall control and photo sensors. The contractor shall furnish all permits, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and services necessary to complete the work. All tools, unused materials, and debris shall be organized and put away at the end of each workday
