The Commonwealth of Massachusetts Operational Services Division and the HSP45Strategic Sourcing Team (SST) are reopening Statewide Contract HSP45 – Laboratory Supplies and Equipment, for Category 4: Laboratory Equipment; and Category 5: Forensic & Environmental Products. The SST is also adding Category 10: Forensic Laboratory Services to solicit Bidders for the acquisition of laboratory supplies, equipment including peripherals, furnishings, and related services including: test result, reporting, warranties, extended warranties, service & maintenance agreements, general repairs, technological upgrades, the establishment of consumable & reagent agreements for specific instrumentation, training on purchased equipment, and installation/setup/integration into existing systems for use in locations including but not limited to: clinical, environmental, forensic, healthcare, and scientific laboratories as related to Categories 4, 5 and 10 of this contract. The resulting Contract will serve as the primary Statewide Contract used by Executive Agencies of the Commonwealth and available for use by all other Eligible Entities for the goods and services covered by the Contract as they relate to satisfying various Buyer operations, facilities and serviceable need. This contract may also be used for proprietary products and equipment that cannot, or are not, produced or provided by any other manufacturer or distributor other than one vendor on contract.
