1. Receive and process referrals within 48 hours. Providers must have an accessible referral system for people of different abilities and native languages. Referrals will be made via municipal and school departments, including the Health Division, Council on Aging, Youth Services, Andover Police, Veteran’s Officer, Human Resources, School Health Office, and any other social service agency. 2. Perform initial consultations within 10-14 days of referral. Provider must offer both remote and in-person options to clients. 3. Provide ongoing mental health services as needed subject to approval by the Town and available funding. 4. Provide multilingual clinicians or possess the ability to offer translation services. 5. Complete and submit monthly service reports that include: a. Description of services provided broken down by referring agency and type of service, b. Demographic breakdown of clients served. 2. Provide training in modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Mental Health First Aid or Alternatives to Suicide as requested by the Town. 3. Provide all services under this contract free of charge to the client. All services will be billed to the Town.
