Scope 1: Strategic Support for initiatives related to the following goals: By 26-2027, at least 85,000 high-school students will be enrolled in a designated high school college-and-career pathway or program (e.g., Career and Technical Education, including Chapter 74 and “After Dark” programs, Innovation Career Pathways, and Early College). By 27-2028, All State Designated CTE programs will have demonstrated alignment with updated CTE Instructional Frameworks. By 27-2028, All schools (with designations, receiving state or federal funding, or benefiting from state funding like connecting activities) have implemented MEFAPathway for Work-based learning. This includes: Support the continuous improvement of program implementation and process of program implementation, communication, and strategic initiatives. Support field communications Organize and proposal recommendations based on stakeholder feedback Support the implementation the Perkins State Plan. Develop and strengthen program resources aligned with improving program access or quality, including – synthesizing input from team members about an aspect of program quality based on gap analysis of MA resources, develop one or several guidance documents for MA context develop or adapt available resources to suit the varied CCTE context establish a communications plan that highlights key reporting or pacing highlights throughout the year (ex. Webinar, direct coaching, other) review resources available in other states
