Under this Request for Response (RFR), the Massachusetts Office for Refugees and Immigrants (ORI) seeks to purchase Youth Mentoring Services, a service component of the Massachusetts Refugee Resettlement Program (MRRP). Refugee Youth Mentoring (RYM) services shall be designed to: 1) provide customized and appropriate services which respond to the specific needs of each newly arrived refugee youth; 2) be provided in a coordinated, effective and timely manner; 3) contribute to the achievement of vocational, educational, and social adjustment and self-sufficiency by assisting in the removal of barriers to meeting individual goals. ORI currently seeks responses from bidders for the provision of Refugee Youth Mentoring Services in regions of Massachusetts that continue to experience significant resettlement and integration of refugees, including but not limited to the geographic regions of Eastern MA, Merrimack Valley, Central MA, and Western MA.
