Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Furnishing, installing, and maintaining temporary erosion controls. • Site grading and construction of project-specific features, including detention areas, area drains, rain gardens, and snow storage areas. • Site grading, excavation, trenching, etc. to accommodate the Project features listed in the following bullet points. • Furnishing and installing/constructing exterior concrete pads, sidewalks, ramps and pathways. • Furnishing and installing recycled granite steps. • Furnishing and installing site seating. • Furnishing and installing site plantings (i.e.: evergreen trees, deciduous shrubs, perennials, etc.). • Furnishing and installing new site lighting, including underground electrical conduits. • Furnish and installing underground electrical conduits for future EV charging station, solar panels, etc. • Selective amount of bituminous pavement removal and replacement. • Furnishing all materials and constructing a free-standing 12”-0” x 16’-0” vestibule attached to the “Freight Farm” • Furnishing and installing ramp handrails. • Re-stripping/painting existing parking lot. • Furnishing and installing new electrical service, panel, wiring, etc. • Providing final connections to the “Freight Farm”. • Provide, administer, and utilize “PROCORE” construction project management software for purposes of hosting and managing project communication and documentation until Final Completion.
