The selected vendor will provide landscape maintenance services for Highland Park, Horatio Harris Park and Dudley Town Common in Roxbury in accordance with the requirement of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B. 1.2.1 LOCATION The site locations are: ● Dudley Town Common North, 366-378 Dudley St., Roxbury ● Dudley Town Common South, 421-425 Dudley St., Roxbury ● Highland Park*, 58 Beech Glen St., Roxbury ● Horatio Harris Park, 85 Harold St., Roxbury A. The scope of work includes the comprehensive management and maintenance of Dudley Town Common, Highland Park and Horatio Harris Park. Services will address routine, seasonal, and site-specific needs, including preventative and corrective measures to support plant health, aesthetic quality, and public safety. B. All work must comply with the detailed Service Specifications below, which define mandatory service frequencies, performance metrics, and acceptable standard (requirements for service delivery schedule, measurements, and payment). C. Work covered by this contract includes but may not be limited to the following: 1. Turf Fertilization 2. Turf Liming 3. Lawn Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Weed Control 4. Mowing and Edging 5. Shrub and Tree Bed Maintenance 6. Fertilization of Trees & Shrubs 7. Brush Clearing in Rock Outcrops 8. Glass Clean-up 9. Deadheading Shrubs and Perennials 10. Spring and Fall Clean-Up 11. Aeration 12. Slice Seeding (Alternate, if accepted) 13. Bi-weekly care inspection reports on site condition 14. Any additional work necessary to maintain the parks in neat, orderly, and safe condition
