Item # 1: ( 72-13 - 00 ) The Taunton Housing Authority seeks a real estate brokerage/marketing firm that has relevant experience, preferably with other public or quasi-governmental agencies/bodies, to provide brokerage and marketing services for properties owned by the Authorities. Proposals with 'Statement of Qualifications' must be addressed to Mrs. Colleen Doherty, Executive Director, and delivered to the Taunton Housing Authority, Administrative Office, 308 Bay Street, Taunton, MA 02780. Proposal documents will be available after 10:00 a.m., on Monday, November 10, 2025 documents may be obtained electronically by emailing Colleen Doherty, cdoherty@tauntonhousing.com or by mailing your request to Taunton Housing Authority, Administrative Office, 308 Bay Street, Taunton, MA 02780. Written proposals containing all the required information and forms must be submitted to the Taunton Housing Authority, 308 Bay Street, Taunton, MA 02780. Proposals with qualifications must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside "Qualifications-Real Estate Brokerage Services" enclosed. Submit one original and three copies of the Proposal. Proposals may be delivered or mailed to the Taunton Housing Authority and received by the Authority no later than the proposal submission deadline. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Proposers are solely responsible for ensuring that their proposals are timely received.
