Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Nantucket Islands Land Bank (“Land Bank”) is soliciting proposals for the management, operation and maintenance of the Miacomet Golf Course (“Miacomet”) and the Siasconset Golf Course (“‘Sconset”) under a three (3) year contract beginning January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 with up to two extensions each with a duration of two (2) years at the Land Bank’s sole discretion. Both golf courses shall be operated as public facilities through a formal management contract which will be executed between the successful Proposer and the Land Bank Commission (“Commission”). This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is issued in accordance with provisions of M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6.
