Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1 The Contractor will service the MBTA’s 103 parking facilities and ancillary parking options (see Attachment B) which include vehicle parking, bike racks, bike cages, Electric Vehicle Chargers, and other future mobility services including but not limited to low-speed mobility device parking: 2.1.1.1 10 structured garages (5,110,000 square footage) 2.1.1.2 93 surface lots (9,496,570 square footage) 2.1.2 The Contractor must provide: 2.1.2.1 Facility Cleaning & Maintenance (section 2.2) 2.1.2.2 Snow Removal (section 2.3) 2.1.2.3 Asset/Inventory Management and Condition Inspection (section 2.4) 2.1.2.4 Parking Programs (section 2.5) 2.1.2.5 Revenue Enforcement (section 2.6) 2.1.2.6 Safety and Security (section 2.7) 2.1.2.7 Customer Service and Support (section 2.8) 2.1.2.8 Use/Integration of MBTA Vehicles and Parking Technology (section 2.9) 2.1.2.9 Vehicle Fleet Renewal (section 2.10) 2.1.2.10 Reporting (section 2.11) 2.1.2.11 Management Plans (section 2.12) 2.1.2.12 On-Call Parking and Station Access Specialist Services (section 2.13)
