Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide & Install one new Mitsubishi 20K BTU Multi-Zone low temp heat pump system with two 9K BTU 4-way ceiling cassettes. Provide two new Mitsubishi MHK-2 wireless programmable zone sensors. Provide and install new copper lines sets from the indoor units to the outdoor heat pump. Provide new communication wiring from the indoor units to the outdoor heat pump. Provide reconnect of the existing electrical wiring at the heat pump. Provide new condensate piping from the indoor units to the exterior of the building. Cooling must be able to operate in winter temperatures. Provide start up, commissioning and registration of equipment with Mitsubishi. Provide a minimum of one year on parts and labor warranty with standard Mitsubishi equipment. Include Ceiling demolition & reassembly Demolition and removal of existing equipment. The Successful contractor who enters into a Contract with the City shall be responsible for obtaining at his/her/its own expense, all appropriate federal, state and local permits, licenses and approvals. All OSHA safety standards to be maintained throughout the entire project. Contractor shall be responsible for supplying all labor and materials to perform the work. Contractor shall be responsible for leaving site clean and neat at the end of each workday. The Successful contractor who enters into a Contract with the City shall be responsible for obtaining at his/her/its own expense, all appropriate federal, state and local permits, licenses and approvals Work hours Monday thru Friday 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
