Vendors has the option to bid on one or all item.It is not necessary to bid on all sections on the final price proposal table.3.Vendor agrees it will remain open in all weather conditions, including but not limited to severestorms and blizzards, unless providing the services would subject it and its employees to unduerisk of harm, unless evacuation order is in effect or unless events out of its control occur (such asloss of power).4.Vendor must be able to provide serviceswith twelve-hour notice. Subsequent meals during thesame storm event will require six-hour notice.5.Due to the likelihood of difficult travel conditions, Vendor must be located within a 30-minutedriving distance from Department of Public Works, 147 Hampshire Street.6.Vendor must deliver to 147 Hampshire Street if located outside of a 3-mile radius from theCambridge Public Works
