Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Springfield acting through its School Department wishes to obtain the services of a licensed early childhood education organization to develop and manage a full service early education child care facility at the NEW Roger L. Putnam Vocational Technical Academy for training of students as well providing early education services for families of students, staff and general public, as well as for providing space within a Springfield based early education child care center for the education and clinical experience of our upper classes. The proposed child care center space within the new school building is located in an area with direct outside access for parent drop off. The space also has direct connection to a fully equipped outside play area.
