Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority’s objective is for the contractor(s), in concert with the Authority, to provide service in a timely manner that is efficient and meets the additional requirements of the Authority set forth below: A) Is customer-service oriented; B) Is cost effective for the Authority; C) Environmentally conscience/friendly; and D) Is maintained in a way that is safe for users of the locations and for members of the general public. Contractor’s snow removal services shall commence when snow accumulations have reached a depth of two inches (2”) on the roadways or Icing Conditions exist and shall continue until 2 hours after the storm has ended. Massport and/or designee along with the Contractor will collaborate or whether or not additional services are required after the End of the Storm. “End of Storm is defined as – two (2) hours after the storm has ended. Post storm cleanup of vacated parking spaces. Cleanup shall be for 8 hours per day for 48 hours to clean vacated spaces and 72 hours for storms over 10 inches.
