Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Town of Marblehead is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced organizations for the implementation of a software solution to replace the current software system. The town currently uses SoftRight a product of Springbrook. The project is a solutions-based solicitation; meaning that Marblehead is seeking equipment, products, or services that meet the general requirements of the scope of this RFP and that are commonly desired or are required by law or industry standards. Scope includes financial software system installation, configuration, data migration, customizations to meet functional requirements, user and technical staff training and documentation. Proposals must detail how the proposer will approach migrating data into the new system using the best practices in the industry for maintaining the integrity of historical data. The Town of Marblehead is seeking Software capable of Financial Management including but not limited to: Accounting, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Cash Management, eProcurement, Project and Grant Accounting, Purchasing, Human Resources Management, Payroll with Employee Access, Accounts Receivable, CAMA Bridge, Cashiering, General Billing, MA Tax Title, Motor Vehicle Excise Tax, Resident Access, Tax Billing, Analytics and Reporting, assistance with implementation on site with a remote implementation option, ERP conversion management, chart of accounts import along with historical data import and payroll import. Utilities billing is handled outside and therefore should not be considered part of the scope
