The Consultant will develop a strategic plan that serves as a roadmap for the MCCA, optimizing its economic development potential, leveraging its assets, elevating customer service across all aspects of the MCCA operations, and strengthening workforce resources through smart investments. This plan will align with the MCCA’s mission as a key economic engine for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Consultant will support MCCA in developing a strategic approach to identify and assess nearand long-term priorities, explore potential planning solutions, and establish implementation strategies to meet forecasted demand through 2035 and beyond. Additionally, the Consultant will create a detailed implementation plan with timelines for achieving goals, objectives, and initiatives aligned with MCCA’s strategic vision through 2035. These deliverables will first be provided in an initial draft report required no later than 4 months from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) while the final report will be compiled into a comprehensive Strategic Planning document, expected to be completed by the fall of 2026.
