Specifications include, but are not limited to: AccessibilityThe website should comply with Web Accessibility Standards set by the Executive Office of Technology Services and Security to ensure access to state web pages for everyone. These guidelines are accessible to the public at www.mass.gov/guides/web-accessibility-standards. Analytics The website must have integrated analytics tracking to allow for visitor, page, and content tracking and/or the ability to easily integrate Google Analytics. The firm must be able to conduct monitoring of analytics and advise the TRE of irregularities. It will be the firm’s responsibility to advise the TRE how changes to specific components may affect tracking and website performance. The TRE does not have access to analytics for the current site. Calendar System Easy-to-use event calendar functionality must be built in. Administrator(s) should have the ability to add, update, and delete calendar events which will then be accessible to site visitors.
