Provide qualified project management staff for the timely and satisfactory completion of tasks that include, but may not be limited to, the following: (1) Assist MSBA staff with ongoing review and verification of public school district submittals for compliance with the project scope and budget agreement and project funding agreement during the design development, construction documents, bidding, construction, and closeout phases. (2) Assist MSBA staff with the drafting and review of accelerated repair program schematic design submittals for conformance with MSBA policies, funding agreements, and practices. (3) Assist MSBA staff in the closeout phase of projects by providing a dedicated Final Audit Specialist staff member to prepare projects for final audit acceptance, through the verification and reporting of all projects including but not limited to closeout deliverables, budget reconciliations, and final audit analysis.
