Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Worcester Public Schools, over the life of this contract, plans to house student transportation operations and school facilities operations at leased property. These operations could include 300-500 employees, the parking and maintenance of approximately 300 School Department vehicles (71-passenger and 18-passenger buses, 7D vehicles, WPS white vehicle fleet and School Nutrition vehicles), snow scraper and 500 passenger vehicles. It will, also, include the inside storage of property maintenance equipment such as sanders, snow removal equipment, tractors, etc. The leased property must contain sufficient building space for all operations as described. These spaces may or may not be contiguous.
