Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Community Corrections (OCC) is seeking program/treatment management and administrative support to deliver manualized cognitive behavioral treatment to address criminality and substance use disorder, vocational and educational services, and monitoring/specimen collection services to criminal-justice involved persons at a Community Corrections Center (hereafter Center). The Center shall be located in Middlesex County with proximity to the Cambridge, Malden, Somerville, and Woburn Divisions of the District Court Department. The Center will provide a variety of sanctions and program services for clients referred by Probation, the Sheriff’s Department, Parole and the Department of Correction (hereafter DOC). The Center provides drug testing (via contract with an OCC selected vendor), electronic monitoring (provided by the Office of the Commissioner of Probation and the Sheriff’s Department), manualized cognitive behavioral treatment to address offenders’ risk to recidivate, manualized cognitive behavioral substance abuse treatment services, ASE preparation and training and other educational services, life skills training, case management and community linkages for referral purposes.
