Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Office of Community Corrections (hereafter OCC) is seeking vendors to provide program management, administrative support, substance abuse treatment, and educational and vocational services for offenders specifically at the Community Corrections Center (hereafter Center). The Center will provide a variety of sanctions and program services for clients referred by Probation, the Sheriff=s Department, Parole and the Department of Correction (hereafter DOC). The Center provides drug testing (via contract with an OCC selected vendor), electronic monitoring (provided by the Office of the Commissioner of Probation and the Sheriff=s Department), substance abuse treatment services, Adult Secondary Education (ASE) preparation and training and other educational services, life skills training, case management and community linkages for referral purposes. The qualified bidder will oversee the previously mentioned services and collaborate with the OCC, Probation, the Sheriff’s Department, Parole, and the DOC.
