Seeking design services initially for feasibility study and schematic design services as those services are detailed in the standard contract of the MSBA. The Project consists of either the construction of a new Elementary School on the current site, a site to be determined or an addition and/ or renovation of the existing Elementary School(s). The estimated project cost is $45M - $155M. The time period for completed work will be 18 months for feasibility study/schematic design. The Feasibility Phase study will be based on: Enrollment for Grades Pre K-2, at the Robinson ES: 470 students. Enrollment for Grades Pre K-5, in a consolidated Robinson and Abbott ES: 705 students. Enrollment for Grades Pre K-2, in a consolidated Robinson and Day ES: 1,065 students.
