Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Purchasing Agent of the Town of Barnstable, on behalf of the Recreation Division of the Community Services Department, is soliciting responses from interested parties for the disposition, by lease, of the Pro Shop Concession at the Hyannis Youth & Community Center. The space for lease consists 679.43 square feet. The Hyannis Youth & Community Center opened in September 2009 and is now in its fifth year of operation. The facility consists of approximately 105,000 square feet, two (2) full-size basketball courts, with supporting bleachers; two (2) ice skating rinks, with fixed bleachers seating at least 1,600, and supporting locker facilities; and offices for the Town Recreation Division, public meeting rooms, game room, pro shop, café and commercial kitchen, technology/computer center, video arcade, parking areas and other miscellaneous spaces. It is the Town of Barnstable’s goal to have a top quality, attractive, and affordable facility. The Concessionaire must maintain these high standards.
