Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Delivery and pick up must be done within 48 hours of written notification (email) at the locations determined by the City. a. Location shall be coordinated with City of Worcester staff. b. Monthly fee shall include any/all other miscellaneous fees (i.e. permit fees, winterization, locks, keys, replacement, etc.). c. City of Worcester is not responsible for any acts of vandalism, theft, repairs, or replacement of any of the portable handicap accessible toilets. d. If unit gets tipped over, broken or becomes unusable in any way, supplier shall pick up and replace unit as soon as possible. Supplier shall respond to any such request from the City within 4 hours of notification by email or call and shall replace any such unit within 24 hours of initial notification by the City. 2. Service / Maintenance will include, cleaning, refilling of hand sanitizer/soap and supplying toilet paper. 3. Maintenance shall occur at any of these three options depending on the time of the year and location based on the City of Worcester needs: a. 3 times per week by 12:00 PM (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) b. 2 times per week by 12:00 PM (Mondays and Fridays) c. 1 per week by 12:00 PM (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday as per City of Worcester choice)
