Devens RFTA supports Army Reserve units and aligned components conducting Inactive Duty Training (IDT), Annual Training (AT), and special events. The use of portable chemical latrines ensures sanitation standards are maintained during training activities and range operations across South Post. This is a non-personal services contract to provide Portable Latrine Services for Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (DRFTA). The contractor shall provide portable chemical latrine units, including permanent emplacements (51), temporary units (up to 600 per Contract year), and associated servicing/cleaning. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the requirements for the rental, delivery, placement, maintenance, and cleaning of portable chemical latrines at Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (RFTA), Massachusetts.
