The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Police Station, 90 Hampshire Street: The Work consists of removal of interior natural gas generator and replacing it with an exterior mounted natural gas generator. 2. Fire Station No.1, 24 Lowell Street: The Work consists of removing exterior diesel generator and replacing it with an exterior mounted natural gas generator. 3. Summary of Work Police Station: a. The work includes but is not limited to removal of interior natural gas generator, removal of mechanicals, electrical equipment and fuel piping as indicated on contract drawings. b. Providing new exterior mounted generator and natural gas piping as detailed on contract documents. c. The work includes providing new generator feeders, generator load branch circuits, removal and replacement of panelboard, trenching and backfill for underground electrical conduits and natural gas piping, new concrete generator pad as indicated on contract documents.
