Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Massachusetts Municipal Police Training Committee (hereinafter “Department”) is seeking to establish a list of vendors with professional subject matter expertise in a wide range of areas to provide specialized trainings associated with police operations that are currently not available under the scope of a statewide contract. These services may include, but not be limited to, training and/or advising of departmental staff, preparation of training programs for use within the Department, policy reviews and recommendations, authoring of reports, train-the-trainer, etcetera. Services and training may be provided in any area within the policies, practices, public safety, security, officer protection, employee relations, management preparedness, stress management and police operations employed by the Department.
