he Contractor shall perform all tasks/repairs to plumbing systems in accordance with the contract documents, and shall be available as-needed on an on-call basis, prepared to perform routine and urgent plumbing maintenance, repairs, replacements, and installations at all LHA properties. All work under this contract must be performed by Massachusetts licensed plumbers, and gas fitters. The scope of work without limiting the generality thereof includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to accomplish the work described herein, in accordance with all specifications and requirements. All work must comply with Local, State and Federal Codes, as well as Industry Standards (including Manufacturers'requirements). These include but are not limited to the National Standard Plumbing Code (NSPC), and International Plumbing Code (IPC). The Contractor is expected to perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and repair tasks to all plumbing systems listed in Section 5.2 of this document. Services to plumbing and potable/DHW systems may include, but are not limited to : fixture repairs, leak repairs, faucet repairs, freeze up repairs, drain work, repairs to natural gas piping systems, repairs to hot water systems, and piping systems including all piping, valves, regulators, shutoffs, couplings, and pressure relief equipment, domestic cold and hot water systems, including all tanks, piping, fittings, valves, shutoffs, pressure relief devices, pumps, drains, etc.
