Respondents to the Request for Information are asked to provide the following: • Identification of the proposed entity or affiliate that would develop, own, and manage the proposed project, and description of the type of entity, e.g., for-profit, not-for-profit, a general or limited partnership, corporation, LLC, LLP. If a not-for-profit entity, please provide a list of the organization’s Board of Directors and areas of expertise they represent. • Identification of the developer’s and/or service provider’s principals and those other people who would be assigned to work on this project with their contact information, pertinent experience and proposed roles and responsibilities. • Identification of other development team members, if known, including proposed architect(s), engineer(s), landscape architect/designer, other consultants, general contractor, and legal counsel. • A summary of the proposer’s relevant development experience with built projects comparable to that proposed for the site. Specific reference to projects of a similar scale and complexity to that proposed for the Site, including design, affordability and means and sources of financing; is requested.
