For deliverables associated with draft and final versions, the bidder would assume one round of DER and partner review and feedback. Deliverables will be provided in editable and final formats including raw data files, models, AutoCAD files, Word and PDF. Task 1: Final Permit Coordination The Project is awaiting final issuance of a PCN from the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). If additional information is required, the bidder will coordinate final steps with USACE and the Project team. They will also revise the draft stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) and provide proof of Construction General Permit (CGP) coverage for construction once final permit documents are complete and a Contractor is selected. 1. Design edits, if required by USACE 2. Proof of PCN final permit, when issued 3. SWPPP documents 4. Proof of CGP coverage Task 2: Construction Bid Support Draft Plans and Specifications were completed in FY2025. These can be finalized once the project has received USACE permit conditions and monitoring requirements. This Task includes necessary work to complete the bidding process, such as coordination leading up to construction, and includes the following: Develop Final Bid Package: the bidder will assist in the final preparation of front-end (administrative) specifications, specifically bid forms, conditions of the contract, and forms of agreement according to the Town of Plymouth’s needs and requirements Pre-Bid Meeting: the bidder will help organize and attend a (mandatory) pre-bid site meeting for prospective bidders to review the project sequence, methods, and other variables critical to achieving the project goals Respond to Requests for Information (RFI): the bidder will respond to RFIs submitted by potential bidders during the solicitation period and copy DER on correspondence Prepare Addenda: In conjunction with project partners, the bidder will prepare addenda during the solicitation period, if necessary Tabulation and Recommendation: the bidder will tabulate bids in an Excel file and communicate with DER and the Town
