5. SCOPE OF SERVICES Pierce Parts for trucks and other Vehicles The Cambridge Fire Department seeks to contract a single vendor to provide repair and replacement parts for its fleet of fire apparatus. The fleet consists of heavy apparatus manufactured by Pierce Mfg., which includes ladder trucks, pumper trucks and a heavy rescue. The successful bidder must be able to provide factory Pierce Mfg. parts purchased directly from Pierce Mfg. including but not limited to the list below. No substitutions or secondhand parts will be accepted. A. TAK-4 independent front suspension and steering components B. TAK-4 T3 independent rear suspension and steering components C. Command Zone multiplex components D. Electrical component switches and controls E. Waterous pump parts and associated valves and controls F. All water pipe and valves G. Cab and body repair panels and weldments H. Cab and Body storage and shelving components I. Cab and body doors and associated hardware J. Cab and body door locks and latches K. Cab interior components including seats, seatbelts and airbags L. All vehicle glass including windshields and door glass M. Aerial cables, sheaves, pulleys, and associated components N. Aerial structure and associated weldments O. Aerial controls and associated hydraulic and electrical components P. Striping and lettering decals and warning signage Q. Fuel tanks and associated mounting components R. All vehicle glass including windshields and door glass S. Emergency lighting and siren components T. All applicable Pierce warranty parts and components
