Vendor(s) shall perform accessibility audits of physical environment components as subcontractors under the Collins Center. The Collins Center will manage client interfaces, liaise between the client and the vendor(s), and submit the final deliverables. If a proposer has any limiting circumstances that affect its capacity to provide services, such as a maximum number of projects, those limitations shall be noted and described in the response. Vendor work shall include: • Meet with the Collins Center project team as needed for project planning and deliverable development purposes • Conduct accessibility audits of government buildings, facilities, physical amenities, open space and recreation features, and other physical attributes o Audits shall include sufficient detail for the client to understand each deficiency and appropriate mitigation o Audits shall include recommendations for readily achievable barrier removal and include mitigation costs • Provide a summary of physical environment accessibility issues highlighting the principal barriers, recommendations, and recommended remediation schedule for each facility
