Specifications include, but are not limited to:The OCC is seeking to provide program management, administrative support, substance abuse treatment, educational and vocational services, and case management services for offenders specifically at a Community Corrections Center (hereafter Center). The Center will provide a variety of sanctions and program services for clients referred by Probation, the Sheriff=s Department, Parole and the Department of Corrections (hereafter DOC). The Center provides drug testing (via contract with an OCC selected vendor), electronic monitoring (provided by the Office of the Commissioner of Probation (hereafter OCP) and the Sheriff=s Department), substance abuse treatment services using cognitive behavioral treatment techniques, groups/classes to address criminal thinking and other criminogenic factors, HiSet preparation and training and other educational services, life skills training, case management and community linkages for referral purposes. The qualified bidder will deliver the previously mentioned services in accordance with evidence based practice and collaborate with the OCC, OCP, the Sheriff’s Department, Parole, and the DOC.
