Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Collaborate with the MassHire Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee to develop tailored training content. • Cover topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competency, inclusive language, and strategies for creating an inclusive work environment. • Provide tools and resources for creating an inclusive work environment for state, local and other staff. Training: • Provide various training delivery methods such as: o In-person workshops o Online modules o Interactive discussions • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in a safe and inclusive learning environment where participants feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences, ensuring sessions are delivered on an agreed-upon schedule with flexible scheduling to accommodate all staff members. • Implement pre- and post-training assessments to measure training effectiveness. • Track participants' knowledge gains and attitudinal shifts. • Solicit feedback from participants through surveys or focus groups. • Identify areas for improvement based on feedback. • Inform future training initiatives using feedback and assessment results. • Develop and provide customized training materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and supplementary resources, suitable for job aids and on-demand training. • Incorporate interactive exercises, such as group discussions and hands-on activities. • Include role-playing scenarios to encourage active participation and skill development. • Integrate real-life case studies to provide practical examples and insights
