Specifications include, but are not limited to: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL PIONEER VALLEY PLANNING COMMISSIO DATABASE AND WEBSITE DESIGN CONSULTANT SERVICE The Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) is in need of a consultant or team of consultants that can perform a series of website design and database management tasks that will allow the organization to perform public outreach, share information and receive feedback from the public, and collaborate with regional partners in data collection. Services sought shall include database upgrades and website design and construction This work will be funded, in part, by a HUD Sustainable Communities Regional Planning Grant, whose purpose is to support metropolitan and multi-jurisdictional planning efforts that integrate housing, land use, economic and workforce development, transportation, and infrastructure investments Services are expected to be needed on or about July 20, 2011 through December 30, 2011 An optional pre-submission conference will be held by PVPC on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 from 2:00PM to 4:00 PM to allow interested parties to ask questions about the project and ensure full understanding of the desired products.
